Ice & Water Sheild

  • This is a heavy duty rubber membrane that gives extra protection in those vulnerable areas of your roof.

Skylights/Sun Tunnels

  • Skylights must be replaced for warranty.

  • Ice & Water Sheild around skylight

  • New Tin & Tar, whatever materials necessary are installed.
